Foam Range

Low Resilience Foam

Using special polymers we are able to manufacture foams with very low resilience. These foams readily deform to the shape of the object resting on them whilst giving even support to the entire resting surface. Density：35～90(kg/m³)

Flame-Retardant Foam

By using various flame retardant additives we are able to make fireproof polyurethane foam which will pass the various International Standards for fire retardancy (eg. BS5852, CA-117 and MVSS 302). The main applications are in furniture, car interior, commercial seating, electronics and public transport such as aircraft seating and railway seating. Density：20～60(kg/m³)

High Resilience Foam

Using special polymers we are able to produce foams with high resilience (bounce) which is nearly 50% more than that of standard foam. Its main usage is in the production of deluxe furniture and some footwear applications. Density：20～100(kg/m³) Ball rebound resilience：over 45%.
