Slitting and Cutting

We have several Slitting machines that can cut the blocks of foam into sheets of any required thickness. from 6mm to 200mm.

We also have several types Band knife machines for cutting and slicing the foam into whatever size is required. ( Angle cutting is also available)

Contour Cutting

We have three Wintech and two FK(fecken-kirfel) profile cutting machine that are computer controlled. 

The Wintech can cut any 2-dimensional shape that can be drawn. 

As long as a paper or cardboard pattern can be supplied, we can cut the shape.

Custom Design

Our experienced and friendly staff will work together with you to help improve the design / feel of your product. They will also suggest the most economical solution.

Fabrication

We have a Fabrication booth, where we use water based. In this area we can glue together any foam layers or Dacron cover any cushions.

We fabricate Bedding boxes for the mattress industry and can custom these boxes for any application.

Packaging

We can plastic wrap foam when required, in either clear or black plastic.

Metropolitan Melbourne delivery only

Orders under $500 will incure a fee.

Melbourne every day of the working week. (Monday to Friday) 

Goods can also be collected for the factory during working hours.
